Meredith (Mere, she/they) Fenton is an Oakland-based strategist, trainer, facilitator and coach who partners with social justice leaders, organizations and movements to shape effective strategy, mobilize resources, tell powerful stories, build capacity, and win social change. Most of her partners work at the intersections of racial justice, economic justice, LGBTQ+ liberation, and community power.

Before launching their consulting business, Mere spent fifteen years in-house at organizations including the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights and COLAGE. They also are a longtime performer and producer of drag, burlesque, and queer cabaret and volunteer with groups in addition to RadComms like Californians for Justice, Seed the Vote, IJAN, and JVP. Mere graduated magna cum laude from Wellesley College and is a Broadway nerd, bookworm, nature adventurer, home chef, and lover of sparkly things.
